The Institute for Megalithic Research (IMR) promotes the understanding of monuments and petroglyphs of the Megalithic Culture, which flourished in Europe but also worldwide, from c.6000 to 1000 BC. The goal is the publication of well written articles about this subject. The IMR is based in the Netherlands; present director is Dr. R.M. de Jonge.
